-SPOTLIGHT- Celt Helm Castle
Hello Crafty Miners, and welcome back to another edition of Spotlight. This week the spotlight shines on a colossally epic build, Celt Helm Castle. The project was headed by SammyMacman who gives us some detail and background into the lore of Celt Helm in this exclusive interview.
Spotlight: 'SammyMacman, can you describe for us how you and your company, Sam Co, went about reconstructing this ancient structure?'
SammyMacman: 'Though no archeological evidence existed of the castle, it was described in great detail by the Sage of Epiphany and his tomes were used as reference in building the highly detailed castle. Mentioned by the historical texts as, “A front gate flanked by two stub towers and decorated with a mirrored dragon pattern lead into a cathedral-like passage towards a central drum-shaped body permeated with many spires and arches. Edged in stone crenelations and highlighted by a motley pattern of acacia and birch. A sky-grasping forward tower stands forebodingly over the entire complex and the peaked acacia wood roofs sit high upon the towers with steep buttresses reinforcing their great height. Towards the rear is a long rounded hall which contains the ornate throne room. Beyond that lies the harbor gate, also flanked by dragons, with a moon bridge connecting the two sides. Matching sentinel towers sit at the far-most northern corners on a battlement wall which is wrapped in an acacia chain design. A small town lies within, built into the wall itself.”'
Spotlight: 'What was the historical significance of Celt Helm Castle?'
SammyMacman: 'According to the Sage of Epiphany, Celt Helm was the seat of power for the Nordican peoples who, in ages long passed, sailed on boats slaying dragons and selling the bones and scales to mages and alchemists for great wealth. It’s said their boats were framed with dragon ribs and had hulls coated in dragon scales. They were later scattered and assimilated by the forefathers of the Sallow King.'

Spotlight: 'Initially, did you think this project would be so large?'
SammyMacman: 'Not at all. We started out restoring a small gatehouse, and then the project just kept growing as we discovered more.'
Spotlight: 'Thanks for sharing some of your insights into this incredible project. We look forward to your next one.'
We hope you have enjoyed this edition of Spotlight. To get a complete look into this project, check out the Video Walkthrough with Talamer below. If you feel a rating is deserved we would more then appreciate it. It helps us out in bringing you more of these epic builds.

-World of RAAR News!- Aug 30, 2014
Welcome back to the World Of RAAR News. This week we continue our recap of the happenings of the last two months. There's a lot to cover so let's get to it.
EPIPHANY IN JURSAMMIC PARK
Sam Co. owner SammyMacman has nearly completed his estate home located on the northern boundaries of Jursammic Park in an area known as Epiphany Gardens. The gardens were once a desolate area but for a floating rotunda of birch woods, however, since its discovery by SammyMacman during the reconstruction of the nearby Celt Helm Castle, the gardens have slowly been developed with paths, vegetation and now with an estate home.
RESTORING THE PAST
Located in the northern lands of Jursammic Park, Celt Helm Castle has slowly risen block by block from the where its ancient foundations once stood. Over the last several months, Sam Co Construction has been restoring this monumental castle from the ground up. The immensity of the castle covers most of the land it sits on and even delves into the northern ocean where an enormous sea wall gate stands.
Tourists are now permitted to explore the restoration site though much of the interior of the castle is still months away from completion.
To see the full complexity of this epic structure, be sure to watch the walk through video below.

NORTHERN EXPANSION
Imperial City has begun to grow northward. After scrapping plans for a northern bridge, City Council has moved forward and approved plans to create a land bridge that will extend north to the future location of the arena.
"Council feels this will be a better solution to city expansion as new lots for businesses will be made readily available." said Mayor Talamer shortly after the close of the council session.
A week after approval, Tri-C engineering were already hard at work building sea walls and moving dirt to create the new land mass.
LINKED UP
Trans-Hub has announced that they have begun adding teleportation booths throughout Imperial City. The booths offer residents a quick way to navigate the ever growing city.
WALLED IN
The winding river that flows through Imperial City has now been contained with an immense sea wall. The newly constructed wall will give both the river and city more definition.

-World of Raar News!- Apr. 18, 2014
Hello Crafty Miners! Welcome back to the latest edition of Raar News. Things have been quiet over the last two weeks in the World of Raar as construction crews have been on vacation. We do have a few highlights to share, so lets get to it!
DOWNTOWN PARK TAKES SHAPE
The landscaping division of Sam Co. has begun redeveloping the lot adjacent to City Hall and the Bank of Ender. The new park will provide those who frequent the downtown core with a much needed green space and a place to enjoy the view across the river and surrounding architecture.

TREVORIAN CATHEDRAL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
In Trevoria, the elegant Trevorian Cathedral continues to take shape. Recently, the central entrance section has been added. Though a slow process, construction crews on the cathedral have tirelessly continued their meticulous work on this ever emerging wonder.
HORSE STABLE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The exterior of Lady TNT_McD's horse stable has continued to grow. Work has also begun on the interior with the installation of new horse stalls.
THE IMPERIAL EMPIRE MAP UNVEILED
This week a map was released showing the whole of The Imperial Empire from Imperial City in the west to Roundhead in the east. The map also reveals the extent that Imperial City has grown over the last year.
NEW ARENA LOCATION REVEALED
This week the Imperial City Planning Commissioner revealed plans for a future Spleef Arena. The arena's location was disclosed in a preliminary map released to the press after the Commissioner's announcement. Reasons as to why the center of the bay was chosen for the arena's construction were outlined by the Commissioner during his presentation.
"The biggest factor is future growth. Where do we want the city to grow?" he asked, "In the west we have Imperial Forest, in the south Venice, in the east is the mountains and Castle Roundhead, which leaves the only real room for future growth to the north. In order to establish continuity between the northern shores and the city, the proposed arena location would be the best way to achieve this."
No time frame was given for the beginning of this latest project, but it is speculated to start shortly after the arrival of new technology in the city which was revealed at the World Technology Expo 1.8.
NEW WALK-THROUGH VIDEO RELEASED!
Thursday night brought the release of a new YouTube video produced by Mayor Talamer. The video features one of the yet to revealed spotlights of the World of Raar, the USS Frontier. Check it out below!

-SPOTLIGHT- Trans-Hub Test Station
Welcome back Crafty Miners! Today in follow up to the walk through video released earlier this week, we will take a look at the Trans-Hub Station.
The Trans-Hub was built to combine multiple modes of transportation under one roof. This way people could not only have a one stop shop to cruise around Imperial City but also have the ability to choose how they wanted to travel. Test Station 1 was built to see if all the features could be combined into one small structure.
After nearly three months of testing, the City Planning commissioner has reported a success in operation and is now in the process of finding a suitable location for the Trans-Hub Station and the implementation of teleport booths and subway stations. The current Trans-Hub Test Station will be physically moved to a new centralized location, though no time frame has been given for this move. Once the infrastructure is in place, citizens will have a teleportation, rail and canal system available to navigate all of Imperial City.
For a more in-depth look at the Trans-Hub Test Station, check out the video below.
Thanks again for all the support. Please continue to support us by watching our videos, leaving comments and ideas, and most importantly, continuing to have fun and being inspired. Until we meet again, Happy Crafting!

-World of Raar News!- Mar. 07, 2014
Welcome Crafty Miners! This week we have quite a few new updates for you, including a complete building and the first look at a secret project. So let's get started.

IMPERIAL CITY HALL COMPLETE!
After several months of construction, the Imperial City Hall is now complete. Construction crews packed up their tools shortly after lunch on Monday and the Mayor, Talamer, got the first look inside the newly erected building. For a complete walk through of the City Hall, please check out the walk through video here.
OPERA HOUSE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Across the street, more progress has been achieved on the Opera House project as well. With the completion of the rough cut stairs last week, this week the focus has turned more decorative. The Imperial Eagle now adorns the walls of the Opera House along with a view port out to the ocean. The staircase down from the lobby to the opera theater has been quite the undertaking. It will allow access to the box seating along with the upper balcony and floor seating sections.
CATHEDRAL CONSTRUCTION REVEALED
After much speculation, we can confirm that TNT_McD has been working on a enormous cathedral located within the boundaries of Trevoria. Though only one tower has been constructed, this amazing edifice already stands from sea level to the sky limit making it the tallest structure in the World of Raar. TNT_McD was not available for comment, however we were able to travel under the cover of night to bring you these exclusive photographs. Simply amazing.

Holland Hills Construction
Holland Hills also received some attention this week as the exterior of a home has been constructed withing the sub-division. No word yet on when more homes will follow, only that the style will be similar to this one.

Thank you to all for the support for this site and for the support given to our new YouTube channel. We look forward to bringing you more walk throughs and other World of Raar content soon.
Till next time, my friends... Happy Crafting!
PS- Shout out to Keegan for his interest our work and giving me a few new ideas to play with. Thanks Bud! Craft on.
